The text, photos, videos, graphics, page design and code on bluetrace.net, and Bluetrace software, firmware, hardware designs and documentation, are owned by Bluetrace Entertainment, LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

You may link to the Site and share its pages. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify our content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission. To ask, email info@bluetrace.net.

Our trademarks

Bluetrace, Bluetrace Entertainment, the Bluetrace logo, PartyHub, Guilty by Invitation, Football Pick'em, 9-Pin Scorer, DJ Tekilaguy and our product logos are trademarks of Bluetrace Entertainment, LLC. Don't use them in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you or your product.

Other people's trademarks

Team names, school names, military insignia, business logos and other marks that appear on boards we've built for customers, or anywhere else on the Site, belong to their owners. We show them only to illustrate custom work done at a customer's request. Their appearance doesn't mean that their owners are affiliated with Bluetrace, sponsor us or endorse us.

Bluetrace is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Football League, its teams, any college or university, the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. Football Pick'em is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL.

If you own a mark shown on the Site and want it removed, contact us as described below and we'll respond promptly.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@bluetrace.net with "Copyright notice" in the subject line. Include:

your name, mailing address, phone number and email address;
a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
the address of the page and a description of the material, so we can find it;
a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
your physical or electronic signature.

If we remove material in response to a notice, we'll make a reasonable effort to tell the person who provided it. That person can send a counter-notice to the same address. Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages.

Open-source and third-party materials

The Site uses the Big Shoulders Display, Figtree and JetBrains Mono typefaces under the SIL Open Font License. Bluetrace apps and firmware include open-source components that are covered by their own licenses, as described in the EULA.
